Because the Brain Engine is still being built and calibrated. We are opening the inbox in controlled cohorts so dossier quality, refresh cadence, and founder workflows are useful before we sell it broadly.
Can I start free?
Yes. The Free Churn Risk Audit is $0 and includes setup for 10 full dossiers. The actual dossiers require connected evidence first: API, CSV/JSON export, or guided onboarding.
What is a dossier?
A dossier is one account-level risk file: relationship state, evidence, likely cause, confidence, recovery potential, and suggested founder action.
What data do you need to get started?
We need connected evidence: product events, account and user records, billing, support or churn notes, CRM context, and product documentation. Start with the integration guide or request a setup call.
How is this different from our analytics dashboard?
A dashboard reports observations and leaves interpretation to you. The Brain Engine models value realization, compiles product-specific signals, estimates risk and recovery potential, then ranks accounts by expected saved revenue with evidence for every recommendation.
Do you train shared models on our customer data?
No — not unless you explicitly approve it in writing. Your tenant is isolated, and your data is used to build your model, not a shared cross-customer model. See the security overview for details.
